Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
West Hartford Girls Basketball
A full refund can be provided anytime up until registration is closed (expected to be 11/9/2025). After registrations are closed all registration fees become non-refundable.
