Safe Coach Background Check

All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are required to successfully complete a background check ANNUALLY through Safe Coach. The system runs a sexual offender and criminal background check.

PLEASE NOTE: You must get the correct code from your team's Head Coach (if you're an Assistant Coach) or from the league President (if you're a Head Coach or Board member). You must enter this code into the system when performing your background check.

Concussion Training Certificate

All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are required to successfully complete and receive a certificate of completion for concussion training from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention program every 5 years. If your certificate is older than 5 years, you must click on the graphic below to re-take the training. If your certificate is less than 5 years you must still read and sign the CDSE Concussion and Head Injury Annual Review.
