As a recreational basketball league, the West Hartford Girls Basketball League (WHGBL) is committed to providing equitable playing time for all participants. To support this commitment and preserve the integrity of league play, WHGBL requires the use of a standardized Rotational Sheet Template for every game.

The rotational sheet is designed to assist coaches and league officials in managing player substitutions in a consistent and transparent manner. Each game is played in eight-minute quarters, with substitutions occurring at the midpoint and conclusion of each quarter to ensure balanced participation.
